Job Description

The Market Customer Service Representative will report directly to the Market Sales Manager.

This position will be responsible for customer service and providing support to all sales staff with regards to customer orders and advance bookings. This individual will work primarily out of the Ontario Food Terminal location but may require the ability to visit the 302 Dwight Avenue location on occasion.

The primary schedule for this individual is 40 hours per week, including weekends and early mornings. This shift for this schedule will start at 4 am and end at 12 pm. Our ideal candidate can work a flexible schedule to accommodate the needs of the business which will include early mornings and weekends.

 

Responsibilities

  • Processing customer orders
  • Processing advance bookings
  • Processing cash invoices
  • Collection of cash and balancing cash daily
  • Processing of customer credit notes
  • Interfacing with customers to solve customer complaints
  • Extra projects as assigned

 

Candidate Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Highschool diploma or GED
  • At least six (6) months previous experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be bondable
